    Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ́Workplace Support Wien ́ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Service Engineer (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden vor Ort.

    Als regionaler IT-Lösungspartner bauen wir auf unsere Mitarbeitende: Auf Ihre individuellen Kompetenzen kommt es an Sie verfügen über gute technische Kenntnisse in Installation, Aufbau, Konfiguration (Hard und Software), Reparatur- und Beratungsskills?

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Betreuung und Betrieb der vorhandenen Infrastruktur (PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren, Drucker usw.)
    • Durchführung von IT- Dienstleistungen vor Ort z.B. Installation und Konfiguration (Hard- und Software), Störungsbehebung sowie Beratung
    • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Umzugsmaßnahmen
    • Durchführung von Reparaturaufgaben an IT Equipment
    • Beratung, Einweisung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf die Bedienung der Systeme
    • Erfüllung der vereinbarten Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
    • Schalten und Problembehebung von TK-Leitungen und Netzwerkleitungen
    • Annahme, Qualifizierung und Erfüllung von Störtickets
    • Dokumentationsaufgaben

    Ihr Profil

    • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie (Systemtechnik oder Betriebstechnik) an einer HTL (oder vergleichbar); bzw. Quereinsteiger mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung in in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
    • Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 7/10 und Microsoft Office ab 2010
    • Gute Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der eingesetzten Standard-Hardware PC/Notebook-Arbeitsplätzen (HP/Lenovo)
    • Kenntnisse im Bereich Telekommunikationsendgeräte (iPhones, iPads, Smartphones, VoIP)
    • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Technologien, Active Directory , Remote / VPN Access, Printserver und ITIL
    • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und sind kunden- und serviceorientiert
    • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse im Englischen (in Wort und Schrift)

    Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene monatliche Bruttogehalt wird nach Eingruppierung in den Kollektivvertrag definiert - bei passenden Qualifikationen liegt das Grundgehalt bei 2500,00 € - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
