What you'll do

• Lead and manage projects, providing operational leadership for work efforts requiring significant coordination.
• Create and implement work plans for assigned projects, programs, and clients against established operational objectives.
• Lead small to medium project general design and delivery solution architecture and associated infrastructure or business and functional requirements. You develop a strong client relationship and contribute to sales outcomes.
• Work independently, with occasional validation of work efforts against strategic and operational objectives.
• Orchestrate the development lifecycle and facilitate building specialty skills as required by the project. Ensure that quality tools and processes are in place and are implemented by the development team.
• Act as a Delivery Lead/ Technical Architect for small and medium projects.
• Design and implement technology solutions.
• Design and Implement Security Architectures: Develop, design, and implement security architectures and strategies within a Microsoft Azure and Office 365 setting.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments of proposed cloud applications and services, providing security recommendations.
• Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls related to the cloud environment.
• Evaluate and assess emerging cloud security technologies and external security threats.

Skills and experiencesss

• Experience in designing and implementing Cloud Security Controls and Cloud Network Controls.
• Solid understanding of Network Virtual Appliances, Micro-segmentation, SASE and Infrastructure.
• Manage and govern cloud and network security controls within public and cloud architecture.
• Understanding of security, incident, and event management solutions.
• Microsoft Skills and Industry knowledge
• Intune (MAM specifically)
• Windows 10/11
• Defender for Endpoint
• Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
• Microsoft Azure Security
• Azure Networking (Firewall/WAF/NSG/Network Virtual Appliances)
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory
• Cloud adoption framework - Landing zone
• Azure Security baseline
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500) Preferred Certification
• SC-900 Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Preferred Certification
• Microsoft Azure and Office 365: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is required. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (or similar) would be beneficial.
• Cloud Security: Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for cloud-based applications, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Security Frameworks: Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and CIS benchmarks.
• Risk Assessment: Experience conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and third-party risk assessments.
• Incident Response: Experience in incident response management and conducting investigations into security breaches.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
