- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to address communication, speech, language, and feeding needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive, child-centered care plans.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Qualifications: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with CORU.
- Experience: For Staff Grade, experience working with children in a disability setting is preferred but not required. For Senior Grade, a minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience in a pediatric or disability setting is essential.
- Full clean Driver's License with access to own vehicle.
- Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
