    My client is looking to hire a receptionist to join their team in Santry. Candidates should be available for an immediate start and have excellent customer service and administration skills.

    Requirements/Duties:

    • Handling some telephone queries
    • Greeting visitors
    • Corresponding internally with staff via systems and handling couriers for collection/delivery.
    • Familiarity with using a headset and a phone system is preferred.
    • Welcoming and friendly attitude
    • Previous customer service/administration skills
    • Confident in using systems
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Previous MS Office experience
