    Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing startup based in Dublin 22, as they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

    This is a 6 month contract initially with great career progression opportunities for the right candidate as they continue to grow.

    Salary is €35k.


    DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

    Manage incoming customer inquiries Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

    Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.


    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
    Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing orders.
