    Our client in the tech space is seeking a Software Engineer for an 9 month Contract €110,000 per year

    Software Engineer 9 months contract

    Ireland - Onsite – 3 days in the office Dublin 4

    Pay Rate: €110,000 per year

    Cpl are currently looking for a Software Engineer for an 9 month contract to join a Multinational organisation in Dublin City.

    Role:

    The successful candidate will be working with the Credit & Collections engineering team, on products and systems that handle yearly Ad revenue, Ad Credit, Ad Spend Collections and enterprise communication workflows through C&C Hub Portal.

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Implement new products and features within the Credit and Collections Portal, writing scalable and high quality code that is on par with software quality standards.


    • Contribute running existing products and platforms by fixing recurring issues, improving reliability and quality of our engineering systems, products


    • Engaging in code and design reviews


    • Working with business and other engineering partners (Product Manager, Product designers, Data Science, Data Engineering, Applied Research, etc.), clarifying requirements and defining scope of features, projects, tasks assigned.


    • Communicating status with all partners and stakeholders in a crisp and concise manner

    Skills:


    • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.


    • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.


    • Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.


    • Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.


    • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.


    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.


    • Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, PHP.

    Education/Experience:


    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
