We are expanding our staff of skilled Service Engineers in Ireland We would love to talk with you if you have experience with field repair, troubleshooting, or technical assistance for mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.

* Fulfilling regular maintenance requirements and promoting client happiness. * Setting up, fixing, and keeping up field equipment; offering necessary customer training. * Accurately recording all maintenance, repair, and inspection work and timely filing of documentation. * Managing the cycle time of repair components by ordering, installing, and returning them. * Analysing every log for outstanding issues and creating customer reports as needed. * Taking part in service sales possibilities and supporting the development and execution of revenue-generating initiatives.

* Making certain that instruments and testing apparatus are correctly calibrated and maintained * Evaluating the performance of equipment and products using field support data and suggesting changes or enhancements.

* Attempting to offer technical assistance to clients and other service providers as needed. * Building and preserving strong connections with senior-level product managers and service engineers to meet client demands.
To be considered for this role, you must be flexible for night shifts and also have a strong mechanical background
