    Responsibilities:

    • QA/ QC experience of HVAC, Piping Systems and P&ID, walkdowns within pharma and process industry
    • Work with system testing, inspection of systems installations.
    • Completion of system test packs & hand over / signoff documents.
    • Review Installations for Compliance to clients Quality plans, standards, specification, design, procedures & expectations.
    • Work closely with site Construction Teams to deliver quality installations at each step of the build process - design, detail, construction, sign off and final line walking.
    • Work in a fast-paced Equipment Facilitation & Installation environment.
    • Work in a controlled environment / cleanroom.
    • Attend quality meetings with management and subcontractors and report on quality.
    • Work to tight schedule and successfully deliver requirements on schedule.
    • Understanding of welding processes, requirements, and certification
    • Co-ordinate welding processes including NDT testing, requirements.
    • Liaising with main contractor / sub-contractors to co-ordinate inspections and tests
    • Walkdown of the systems
    • Manage and inspect weld logs, daily coupons, welder qualifications, NDT reports, material test certs, redlines etc.
    • Ensure welding qualifications are current and quality of welders are of a good standard.
    • Manage test packs and calibration certs.
    • Manage First of Kinds (FOKs) and ensure sign off.
    • Perform final QC checks of systems pre-test and post-test.
    • Perform Quality Audits.

    Candidate requirements:

    • CSWIP 3.0 Welding Inspection Qualification desirable
    • A qualified tradesperson (plumber/fitter) and/or coded welders or a third level qualification in mechanical Engineering / Building Services.
    • Experience in Pharma is essential.
    • At least 8+ years Industry Experience and 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • An understanding of EIDA, Fieldview, Viewpoint and CDEs
    • Ability to read and review specifications.
