    The College Green Hotel
    • Autograph Collection (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) has an excellent opportunity for aReservations Agentto join our team.
    The minimum pre-requisites for this position is that the candidate has excellent telephone and computer skills, is enthusiastic about the hotel, displays a willingness to learn and a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Prior hotel Reservations experience is preferred.

    Key tasks of a Reservations Agent:

    To maintain a high level of guest telephone contact skills - build a strong rapport with new and returning guests.

    To liase daily with the Reservations team regarding business on the books and the strategy for the day. To carefully handle customer queries and complaints relating to the Reservations Department. To maintain a 5* standard of professional communication with all stakeholders/departments at all times.
