    The team is seeking an Engineering Support Technician to work for 1 year contract with applications engineers to run and maintain various testbeds in the Catalyst building related to automotive products. The person will be working as part of a project team comprised of members from disciplines such as marketing, validation and systems and application engineering to bring a product concept to a released mass production solution.

    This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work with various measure equipment. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of PCB manufacturing testing and debugging. Additional familiarity with PCB schematic entry and layout along with the PCB manufacturing process would be advantageous.

    Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Support to assist in;Setup for PCB testing, pack testingSetup and Testing of use case for customers
  • Running conducted test bed for sw revs.
  • Logistic support for apps Engineering team.
  • Relevant Skills :

  • Strong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills are essential coupled with demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance both independently and in large multi-discipline development teams spanning multiple time zones.
  • General working knowledge of PCB debugging.
  • Hand Soldering knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
  • Experience working with bench evaluation equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, analysers.
  • Experience with PCB schematic Entry, Layout and Manufacturing process would be advantageous.
