Description for Internal Candidates

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely submission of Financial Statements within Group timelines.
• Maintenance of Financial records.
  • Manage Debtors/Creditors/Inventory & Bank sub ledgers.
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Finance Audit lead.
• Reconcile and submit timely revenue returns, including VAT, RCT.
• Review and enhancement of documented controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with Group financial reporting, forecasts and budgets.
• Work cross functionally to identify, support and influence cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

Perform additional duties at the request of the direct Manager

Person Specification

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
• Effective time management and deadline-oriented work approach.
• A positive mindset with a dedication to accomplishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manufacturing/Engineering Environment Experience.
• Oracle ERP working knowledge.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting or equivalent / ACCA, ACA, FCCA, CIMA qualified or newly qualified
