    Job Summary

    As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational success through the effective planning, execution, and oversight of key strategic initiatives. Your role involves aligning project objectives with the overall business strategy, ensuring that outcomes contribute to the business success. You will collaborate with senior leadership to define scope, goals, and deliverables, while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Adept at identifying strategic opportunities/risks, you will provide insightful recommendations to senior leadership. You will play an instrumental role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, and your ability to communicate complex strategic concepts will be crucial in influencing decision-making. The role requires a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects that contribute to the broader organizational vision.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver key pro jects ( P rocess & Technical ) in order to support the organi sation in meeting its overall objectives . Collaborate with senior leadership , across various functions to define scope, milestones, and outcomes ,
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads etc. Effectively communicate to all stakeholders on progress made and overall health of the project.
    • Identify , assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects. Proactively analyze potential challenges and opportunities, providing insightful recommendations to senior leadership. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen obstacles and ensure projects stay on track .
    • Manage all project resources, budgets, timelines, and team members. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively in order to work within budget constraints . Work hand in hand with existing teams to replicate or lean into existing processes .
    • Report and evaluate the success of strategic projects. Implement robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Use performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to project strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate across time-zones to implement process es that align with C omcast B usiness standards .
    • Ensure checkpoint governance in place to cover all (global) legal/regulatory requirements are gathered and fulfilled. Working closely with Legal, Regulatory and data privacy teams.

    Requirements:

    • 10 years plus as a senior project process delivery specialist, preferably in telecoms or software services company.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, experience presenting to senior leadership.
    • PMP qualified. A good understanding of AGILE (Safe) is a bonus
    • Proven collaborator with the ability to work with all levels of the organisation
