    Description

    IT Systems Administrator will work with the Head of Information Technology, Head of People & Projects, and the internal teams, including Sales, Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service, to support the company objectives and ensure all staff have the Information Technology hardware, software and user assistance they require to perform their duties.The System Administrator shall also manage and support the critical cloud based systems used.They will also be responsible for ensuring best practice is maintained in the area of cyber-security controls at all times.

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure and support our Zendesk customer support platform to improve our support operations and provide exceptional service to our team and customers.
    • Optimise our support systems with a particular focus on chatbots, workflow automation and emerging AI technologies
    • Provide Systems administration duties for our Office365, Azure, DAM and Celigo integrations
    • Liaise with our external IT providers to support our computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.).Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
    • Provide IT support to our QA, Warehouse and Production environments.
    • Oversee monthly cybersecurity awareness training and monthly reporting. Support IT related staff training initiatives as required
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment and proactively support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Set up and maintain an internal ticket management system for tracking and reporting of IT related incidents and requests.
    • Set up and manage inventory of computer assets, and regularly audit.
    • Manage company mobile phones ensuring all devices are secured.Co-ordinate new requests and manage device refreshes and terminations.
    • Ensure necessary Data Protection mechanisms are in place and monitored on all Revive Actives IT endpoints and systems.
    • Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers.Specifically liaise with ActionPoint on incident management and service requests, and conduct monthly service reviews. Act as escalation point between IT vendors, staff and management team.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, such as customers, managers, developers, and vendors.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, evaluate solutions, and deliver value-added outcomes.
    • Proficient in using various system administration and network administration tools and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Knowledgeable in customer service and finance domains, such as customer satisfaction metrics, service level agreements, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Detail-oriented and security-focused, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliverables and adherence to standards and best practices.

    Desirables:

    • 4+ years supporting end-users with their IT needs in a medium/large enterprise environment.
    • Experience with any of the following systems: Oracle NetSuite, Zendesk, Shopify, Celigo iPaaS.
    • Advanced MS Office skills, supporting Windows, Azure, Active directory, group policies.
    • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
    • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles incl. GDPR.
