    Description
    Join our esteemed client, a leading hospitality group known for luxury accommodations and exceptional service. We're hiring an experienced IT Support Technician to provide essential support across our properties. Collaborate with the IT Manager, configure and maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist with day-to-day IT operations. Configure and maintain PCs and user accounts. Install, configure, and support business-specific applications like MICROS POS and Oracle Opera. Document IT processes. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Manage desktop antivirus systems. Provide initial user support and escalate issues when necessary. Perform AV systems maintenance.


    Requirements:
    2-3 years of IT support experience. Third-level IT qualification (2-year diploma minimum) required, with a willingness to undergo additional training. Familiarity with Windows 11 Pro, firewalls, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and server experience (WS2016 upwards) is advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Previous experience with MICROS POS and/or Oracle Opera interfacing preferred. Knowledge of domain IP networks, Active Directory, and Veeam Backup desirable. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of AV systems is advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt. Flexibility for overtime. Fluency in English, written and verbal. Valid drivers license.
