    Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Baldonnell, Dublin 22.

    Responsibilities Responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone and email. Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. Managing documentation to ensure compliance with associated regulations.

    Liaising with the warehouse team and drivers in relation to goods inwards Process bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner.

    Requirements 1 years' previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of PC literacy - good knowledge of Excel Fluent English both written and spoken.

    In return Working hours Mon-Fri Salary €28k -€30k DOE On site parking Full training provided.
