    Commercial Account Manager Role

    We are NFP, an Aon company, providing services and solutions to support businesses and people worldwide.

    This is a unique opportunity to advance your career as a Commercial Account Manager in our growing team. You will play a key role in building and managing a renewal portfolio with clear objectives for career growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform broking duties for clients, handling renewals and mid-term queries efficiently and effectively
    • Achieve exceptional client service, meeting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Manage a portfolio of clients, covering risks such as EL, PL, PI, D&O, and Property, from SME to Corporate levels
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and culture
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
    • Participate in project work and contribute to team efforts

    Requirements:

    • Strong client advocate with excellent interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and communication skills
    • Highly accurate with attention to detail in task completion

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working for an insurer or broker required
    • CIP qualified or significant progress towards achievement of CIP
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
