- In collaboration with our content creator, create, curate, and manage high-quality and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Regularly monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Together with our Communications Specialist, manage and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media.
- Plan and implement the social media calendar across CLS and race channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry thought leaders to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and relevance.
- Attend several monthly marketing meetings to share content plans and ideas.
- Ensure specific content requests from other Club La Santa offices in Denmark and the UK are actioned here in Lanzarote.
- Pay a key role in the organisation of press activities for events and races.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong creative and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both within the company and external collaborators
- Experience monitoring and analysing social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise our social media strategy.
- Confident in managing social media interactions to maintain positive relationships with our audience.
- Enthusiastic, with a passion for learning and developing from continuous feedback.
