About the Role:
As the visionary behind our new product development (NPD) efforts, you'll spearhead projects, transforming customer briefs into delectable realities. Your mission? To craft products that dazzle taste buds, boost efficiency, and exceed expectations.

Location: North Co. Dublin
Working Hours: Monday To Friday- 09:00 to 17:00. Some flexibility required from time to time.

• Taking the reins on assigned NPD projects, from concept to creation, ensuring timely delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
• Conducting taste panels and shelf-life studies, fine-tuning recipes to perfection.
• Embracing a strategic approach to ingredient sourcing, balancing quality, cost, and innovation.
• Cultivating strong customer relationships, championing our brand with professionalism and passion.
• Driving cost-saving initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration for optimal results.
• Flexing your creative muscles to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance product offerings.

• A background in Food Science or related field, paired with a flair for culinary innovation.
• Minimum 3 Years Hands-on experience in a New Product Development role or related field.
• Extensive experience in the Value-Added Food Industry, with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in ingredient functionality and flavour profiling, coupled with a keen eye for emerging trends.
• Proven ability to generate fresh product ideas and translate them into market-ready innovations.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative spirit, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
