    Job Title: Contracts Manager

    Location: Munster Region, Ireland

    We are a leading Civil & Marine Engineering Contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress to Director level.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing numerous projects across urban and rural environments, with a focus on urban environments. Key duties include:

    • Managing multiple projects with various project managers and teams
    • Developing strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
    • Liaising with staff, departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinating and motivating existing teams, as well as introducing new people to the company

    Requirements:

    • Full clean driver's license essential
    • Minimum Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
    • 15 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Ireland
    • Experience dealing with stakeholders and public works contracts desirable

    Key skills include:

    • Commercial acumen and ability to understand project pricing and works carried out
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and manage time effectively

    Salary Package:

    A competitive salary package including pension, vehicle allowance, and bonus structure will be offered to the successful candidate.
