Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our delivery team due to continued expansion in Jones Engineering.

This role offers experience of varied project work across different sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Commercial.

You will provide support to the Construction Team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions including:

Working directly with Contract Managers to advise on the commercial status of projects.
Assisting in the review of all project contracts.
Preparing Commercial Reports.
Negotiating with contractors across all projects.
Managing major subcontractor accounts.
Preparation of monthly progress applications.
All other duties associated with this role.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
Able to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
