    New Temporary Warehouse Position Available

    A pharmaceutical company in Dublin requires a temporary warehouse operative to carry out key responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Perform receipt, storage, and distribution duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    2. Carry out all warehouse operations in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines.
    3. Assist the achievement of production output targets by delivering materials promptly and collecting them from designated areas.
    4. Participate in packaging operations when trained in specific tasks.
    5. Ensure damaged goods are reported immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor or QA.
    6. Maintain accurate documentation for warehouse activities.
    7. Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any deviations from SOPs or standard practices.
    8. Keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all times, adhering to 6S standards.
    9. Return materials to their designated rack locations.
    10. Participate in training and assessment activities related to the job of Warehouse Operator.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Three years' experience in a similar role.
    2. Up-to-date license for turret truck, forklift, or PPT operation.
    3. Availability to work shifts as required.
    4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and work independently in a high-volume environment.
    5. Strong team player willing to support colleagues in meeting company objectives.
    6. Focused and results-driven individual.
