    Description

    We are looking for dynamic individuals who are excited to join our team as Clinical Administrator.

    Nua Healthcare specializes in offering support services to individuals with various needs, covering Intellectual Disability and Mental Health issues. Our focus is on delivering personalized care either at the individual's home or in community-based facilities.

    • Provide administration support to the Director of Services and the department.
    • Coordinate clinical appointments for Service Users and Clinicians.
    • Manage a central file for all enquiries, admissions, and referrals.
    • Create and maintain SLAs with HSE as instructed by the DOS.
    • Manage accurate records in IT systems and handle all correspondence, emails, and calls.
    • Organize clinical meetings and keep detailed minutes.
    • Ensure up-to-date incident records for Service Users throughout the organization.

    Experience in a similar setting, particularly in social care, is desired. Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant technology are essential for this role. The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various stakeholders is crucial. A valid Driver's license is required.
