specializing in systemintegration

The following areas of workawait you:

• Installation andconfiguration of decentralized infrastructure (e.g. PCs, notebooks,tablets, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Processing fault reports in 1st and 2nd level support
• Creating, adapting and updating IT documentation
• Support and maintenance of specialist,office and web applications
• Configurationand support of central IT services (e.g. directory services, databackup, document management system, file storage)
• Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11, WindowsServer, Active Directory user administration)
• Support for setting up telephone systems, telephones ormobile devices

Your profile:

• You have completed training as anIT specialist specializing in system integration or have acomparable qualification.
• You have basicknowledge of infrastructural basic services such as DNS and DHCP orIP networks.
• You have extensive specialistknowledge of hardware and software as well as in-depth knowledge ofthe Windows environment (server, client)
• Youare confident with the common decentralized infrastructurecomponents
• You have analytical andconceptual skills in complex troubleshooting
• You have a class B driving license
• Communication and coordination skills, commitment, a sense ofresponsibility and a willingness to provide service round off yourprofile.
