We are seeking a dedicated Conference & Events Manager to join our dynamic team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

Set high service standards for department personnel.
Explore innovative product service techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales & Events team to ensure top-notch guest experience.
Lead planning and execution of resort events and banquets.
Manage staff orientation, training, and development activities.
Maintain banquet equipment and facilities.
Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
Drive departmental Profit & Loss and enhance revenue generation.
Develop training programs for service personnel.

Qualifications

Full-time role requiring flexibility and shift work.
Demonstrated understanding of hotel operations.
Strong communication skills in English.
Previous hospitality experience essential.
Structured and organized work approach.
