    Description

    Seeking an HR Coordinator to join our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Westmeath. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity with excellent remuneration and benefits.

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating various tasks, including policy implementation, compliance support, and communication with the HR Manager and Group HR team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage employee records, HRIS, and documentation efficiently
    • Organize and maintain filing systems for HR-related paperwork and records
    • Coordinate employee communications, including announcements, memos, and newsletters
    • Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration
    • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics related to HR activities
    • Conduct thorough employee inductions and coordinate logistics for new hire orientation
    • Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and resources
    • Track and maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation
    • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination
    • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Foster positive employee relations, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support career development

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience working within an HR team in a fast-paced environment
