As a SAP support manager, your focus will be on providing expertise and support on implementation of SAP projects.Your responsibilities include:
Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients Provision of PMO support to major projects/programmes Actively support & manage test management, cutover, and other daily support activities on SAP projects Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled digital transformations Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the digital transformation Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP opportunities on new/existing clients Providing guidance and expertise on the best practices of SAP methodologies & SAP S/4HANA Support projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria Influence clients' use of automation/iRPA Train, mentor and supervise team members Keep up to date with the latest SAP updates, enhancements and features.
