We a currently resourcing for a Fine Dining Head Chef for a Casual dining outlet within a luxury hotel in the Tipperary Area.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef for a Casual Dining Restaurant within a luxury hotel in the Tipperary area.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring the quality of the food.

Additionally, the Head Chef will work closely with the Executive Head Chef and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience 3-5 Years as a Sous or Head chef within a fine dining or Gastro Restauraunt Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a fine dining restaurant Strong leadership and management skills Excellent knowledge of food and cooking techniques Ability to create menus that balance creativity and profitability.

Extensive knowledge of ingredient sourcing, quality, and seasonality Ability to collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Experience in managing budgets and maintaining cost controls. Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in high volume and fast-paced environments is preferred.
