    Description


    Our client is a large Irish manufacturing and distribution business, with over €500m in revenue and looking to grow to €1bn in the next 5 years.

    Due to growth, the Group Financial Controller is looking for a Senior accountant to join the team.

    This role will have ownership of a small group of companies in the group based in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

    This role will be like getting the same exposure and experience of a Financial Controller in an SME but working for a larger corporation with plenty of training and cross-functional learnings.


    Role:
    Ownership of financial accounting for 3 entities Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis Post all journals, complete reconciliations and close the accounts Review and ensure all payables and receivables are correct Monitor margins, KPIs, and stock analysis Monitor and forecast cash flow Budget and projection for 1,3 and 5 years Year-end financial reports and tax compliance Assist with year-end audit Skills/Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (1-5 years PQE)
