EndUser Services Engineer (f/m/d)

YourResponsibilities:

• Lead theprocess to understand, plan, and implement solutions for end userdevices and services
• Work as part of a teamfocused on defining and implementing technical requirements andsolutions to address CureVac goals and objectives by enabling endusers to work with digital products and services
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for enduser devices, applications, and network connectivity
• Develop practices and processes to efficiently install,configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for endusers
• Seek balance between user experience,governance, and operational efficiency to deliver high qualitysolutions for the company
• Document andupdate IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base
• Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to findsolutions for complex issues

Your Qualifications:

• Universitydegree in computer science, information systems or related field oran equivalent qualification
• Excellentcommunication skills, hands-on experience in customer service, andproblem-solving attitude
• Deep knowledge ofend user services, desktop support or IT helpdesk
• Expertise in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, andIntune
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+,Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified are preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, intermediate Germanskills
