    Job Description
    We're seeking reliable and caring carers to join our team, working flexibly to support our clients in their homes. This role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily tasks, and offering emotional support to those requiring it.

    Key Responsibilities
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients.
    • Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care.
    • Supporting clients with mobility issues or cognitive impairments.
    • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

    Requirements
    To excel in this role, you will need:
    • A genuine desire to support elderly individuals in their homes.
    • Experience working as a carer (at least 6-12 months).
    • QQI Level 5 Healthcare modules (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain same.
    • A mature and professional demeanor.
