    Design Coordinator

    South Dublin, Ireland

    Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 per annum

    Description:

    The successful candidate will be a key member of our project team, working closely with the design team to ensure that all designs and materials meet the required standards. The role will involve coordinating and tracking the submittal and approval process, addressing any risks or design issues, and developing look ahead plans.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and track the submittal and approval process of designs and materials ensuring client sign off and approval.
    • Address risk/design problems by finding solutions with the Design Team before they materialize.
    • Develop look ahead plans in collaboration with the project management team.
    • Plan and coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Have a good understanding of Building Control Act Regulations (BCAR), Technical Guidance Documents (TGD), and environmental health and safety regulations.
    • Attend site meetings and report on progress to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
    • Circa 3 years' experience working on building projects in Ireland or the UK.
