- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical experience
- Several years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in building either SaaS application, build systems, developer tooling
- Experience in team management
- Experience in building and attracting talent and collaborating with geo distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong technical skills including understanding of object-oriented programming & design, algorithms and microservice architecture
- Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of build systems, code pipelines & cloud technologies
- Passion for improving the productivity of fellow product team members to effectively and efficiently deliver functionality and value to our customers
- Knowledge of DevOps, build automation & unification of heterogeneous infrastructure
- Experience leading complex software projects over multiple releases covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience
- YAML, MSBuild, C#/Java/X++, PowerShell/scripting languages, ARM/CloudFormation/Cloud Deployment Manager
- Data analytics, data insights, AI/ML experience
- Develop team culture as a diverse, inclusive & collaborative environment
