DMS anddigitization clerk (m/f/d)

You will carryout the following activities:

• Participation in the introduction and support of the documentmanagement system (DMS)
• Developing andimplementing sub-projects with project management
• Organizing and moderating workshops as part ofdigitization projects
• Preparing andconducting training courses and informing employees
• Carrying out administrative tasks and user support forthe DMS
• Collaboration in the digitizationoffice with the aim of introducing and designing digitaladministrative processes
• Helping to shapedigital change within the city administration

You fulfill the following requirements:

• A Bachelor of Arts degree inPublic Management or Digital Administration Management or acomparable qualification
• IT skills and anopen mind for new technologies
• Ability towork independently and strong communication skills
• Ideally municipal administrative experience
