    Description

    The Role:

    • Supports the Panel Group in ensuring data privacy compliance with GDPR and local country requirements, including managing the GDPR Tool (e.g. maintaining ROPAS, supporting Privacy Notices and Consent Management).
    • Ensures process consistency by setting up and reviewing creations, updates, and Compliance Policies and SOPs.
    • Reviews technical and operational measures for appropriateness.
    • Develops and implements Group compliance policies and standard operating procedures, training materials, education, communications materials, and monitoring programs for Europe, providing Live Trainings and Training Videos to employees.
    • Monitors and analyzes the regulatory environment and supports necessary changes to compliance policies, training materials, and processes.
    • Supports Transfer of Value / Disclosure Reporting globally (US, Europe).
    • Establishes an internal framework with regular spot checks, sampling, and evolves the Compliance Dashboard and Global Monitoring Program.
    • Collects and reports aggregate spend data through systems, processes, and reports, duties like collecting invoices from A/P for all HCP HCO interactions for reconciliation against payments and contracts for all European countries.
    • Assists in developing analytics to measure company compliance and performance of the Compliance Department, preparing relevant analytics reports.
    • Maintains consistency across Compliance Policies and SOPs against standard templates across countries and creates country-specific processes, rolling them out to all countries, including management of translations.
    • Requires occasional travel within Europe, limited to very few instances.

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor/Master's degree in Science, Law, or Business Administration.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • At least 3-4 years of corporate experience.
    • At least 2 years of experience working within a compliance role, preferably in pharma/biotech business or regulated industry.
    • Data privacy experience.
    • Experience drafting and implementing procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
    • Experience setting up and consistently creating, reviewing, and updating Compliance Policies and SOPs.
    • Working with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations is preferred.
