    The Strategic Partnership Specialist drives and oversees partnerships to achieve business growth, with success measured by revenue generated for LearnUpon. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of relevant experience; a track record in partnership management is advantageous but not required. You should be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and communication skills.

    What will I be doing?

    • Be the subject matter expert in LearnUpon's partner offerings, possessing an in-depth understanding that enables you to effectively empower and educate internal and external teams
    • Your expertise will be in skillfully articulating LearnUpon's value proposition to partners, ensuring impactful representation, and driving successful engagements and partnerships
    • Maintain positive working relationships and regular communication with all our Partners
    • You will work closely with LearnUpon and the Partners' Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams to provide them with the value proposition of each partnership, supporting both internal and external Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
    • Work closely with the LearnUpon Product, Marketing and Sales teams to identify suitable partners, map out their journey, and develop a robust Go-to-Market (GTM) plan with well-defined objectives and metrics
    • Identify and implement co-marketing initiatives, including case studies, webinars, blog posts, podcasts, etc., in collaboration with partners to enhance their growth and scale
    • Represent LearnUpon at global partner and industry conferences and events on a quarterly basis
    • Collaborate with LearnUpon's Finance and Legal teams to negotiate and oversee partner contracts, ensuring the establishment of commercial agreements and favorable terms for LearnUpon
    • Leverage tools such as Crossbeam/Reveal to enhance partner collaboration, identify mutual opportunities, and strengthen our joint initiatives
    • Efficiently monitor and record all partner lead data in our CRM (Salesforce)
    • Skillfully navigate and resolve conflicts that may arise with partners
    • You will be responsible for documenting our team's internal processes on all partners to ensure robust knowledge sharing within LearnUpon
    • Identify streamlined methods for easy and real-time reporting

    What skills do I need?

    • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role within the tech industry
    • Proven track record in building and nurturing long-term relationships
    • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving KPIs
    • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and threats
    • Develop and execute business strategies for partnership growth
    • Data-driven, using analytics to optimize partnership performance
    • Adaptable to organizational and external changes
    • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs
    • Collaborative, working effectively with stakeholders
    • Conflict resolution skills for constructive problem-solving
    • Strong time management to meet deadlines
    • Ambitious and driven to achieve results and contribute to growth

    Not required but considered a big plus

    • Background in Saas, particularly advantageous if in HR Tech or eLearning
    • Experience in Partnership Management would be advantageous

    What is the Hiring Process?

    Applicants for the position can expect the following hiring process:

    • Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule a 30-minute call
    • Successful candidates will then be invited to a series of practical interviews with the Hiring Manager and Head of Partnerships
    • Finally, candidates will have a short interview with our CEO/CFO
