Description
CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are now seeking a careers and Employment Facilitator with our client in a disability service. The role is based on Carrick-on-Suir.
The Successful Candidate will support the service (residential community and day service) in developing and fostering a person-centered culture, with an aim to achieve a high quality of personal outcomes, personal fulfillment and progression opportunities within the ethos of our client and the regulatory and contractual requirements, of provision.
This is a 5-year fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will have:
· A relevant QQI Level Bachelor of Arts in Education or Training or Post Graduate qualification in Education or Training, or QQI Level Bachelor of Arts in Social Care Studies, Applied Social Care Studies of Teaching.
· A minimum of 1 years' post qualification experience of working with people with an intellectual disability. Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
· Minimum of 1 Years experience working as a job coach (or in a relevant community engagement role) with adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism.
