    Job Description

    We want a BRILLIANT individual who truly embodies and believes in the Primeline People Vision & gets up every day with the intention of delivering it.

    This is a true generalist role that embodies everyday learning by being involved in all aspects of the Colleague Lifecycle through Design, Execution & Embedding.

    • Onboarding & Engagement
    • Leadership Development
    • Reward & Recognition
    • Culture & People Planning

    Your Responsibilities

    You will be a strategic partner to the business, working closely with managers & business leads to execute the people strategy.

    • Partner with the Group Talent Manager on recruitment campaigns and support the recruitment process
    • Support colleagues throughout the employment lifecycle
    • Partner with the L&D Lead on training and development programmes
    • Deliver training as and when required
    • Execute Change & Formal change management programmes
    • Employee Relations support to Line Managers
    • Coordinate quarterly field bonus through payroll
    • Manage protected leave such as maternity, paternity & parental
    • Liaise with 3rd party legal advisors when required
    • Support the HR Team with initiatives and project related work
    • Deliver award submissions under the Primeline Values
    • Oversee the performance review process & annual TDR process
    • Attend sales and finance meetings as required

    Your Qualifications

    You will have a Primary Degree in a relevant discipline, a Master's desirable. A Member of CIPD (or related) is also desirable.

    You will have 7+ years of experience in a Generalist Role.

    You must have a flexible and adaptable working style.

    You will need great presentation and reporting skills.

    You will have the ability to build strong relationships across the business and be a 'Trusted Adviser'.

    Estimated Salary

    $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
