    Description

    About the role:

    The Account Executive position is responsible for maintaining and increasing contract value through retention and expansion. The assigned territory includes mid-sized client accounts with annual revenue targets between $50 million to $750 million.

    Key responsibilities include:

    1. Building strategic relationships with C-level executives across various organizations in the assigned territory.
    2. Renewing and managing member research contracts.
    3. Developing new business opportunities alongside existing accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Spanish, or Greek.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a professional setting with demonstrated success in sales.
    • Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
    • Prior experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is highly preferred.
    • Ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to identify needs and value.
    • Strong competitive drive with a collaborative approach, aiming to inspire teamwork and set goals.
