Fit-Out Project Manager in Dublin Our client a well know and trusted fit-out company are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager for large-scale office and Shop Fitouts in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fit-outs Project Manager to take the next step in their career. Roles Overall Management of Fitout projects/site managers reschedule & activities. Coordination of design/procurement/execution of projects.

Internal & External Client project written reporting Weekly meetings with MD in relation to progress / issues / planning Liasing as required with clients/design teams/external consultants including H&S Preparation & issue of meeting minutes as required for project durations.

Excellent IT skills (MS Office) required with Procore/MS Project been a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail Ensure strict adherence to Company ISO procedures. Knowledge of budgeting and ability to liaise with QS in relation to costs on projects. Criteria 5-7 years experience required, Degree or Trade Background considered. Interpretation & communication of Project scope. Proficient in reviewing project drawings, specifications & contract Package Salary - 80k starting.
