    Description

    Following a period of tremendous growth and investment, our client a leading energy and environmental solutions entity are currently seeking a Head of Finance for their Dublin city centre office.

    This is an exclusive role we have with our client, and you will be HoF for their Irish entity with a reporting line to the London based Group CFO.

    At a Group level you will be responsible for all group regulatory and taxation filings and work as part of the wider group accounting team, based in London.

    You will also be involved with budgeting, cost analysis, incorporations, tax planning and a variety of ad hoc tasks.

    Their Irish entity is currently going through an approval process to be authorised and regulated by the CBI, and as part of this role you will be subject to approval by the CBI for PCF.


    Requirements:

    Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 5+ years of relevant experience Understanding of statutory accounts preparation, corporate tax compliance, VAT and transfer pricing Comfortable with current tax laws and regulatory reporting requirements Ability to challenge processes and improve efficiencies.
