    Description

    HR Business Partner

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for department heads and ensure that all HR strategies align with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance productivity and engagement.
    • Conduct thorough investigations to resolve complex employee relations issues.
    • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
    • Foster constructive labour relations in a unionised environment.
    • Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution.
    • Lead talent management and organizational development initiatives.
    • Implement strategic HR solutions to support business growth.
    • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee satisfaction and performance.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar setting.
    • Degree holder, specifically in Human Resource Management.
    • CIPD qualification highly beneficial.

    This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry. We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, pension scheme, and extended holiday entitlements.
