    Job Description:

    Cpl's transportation client in South-West Dublin require a Recruitment Administrator for a 6 month contract, working on-site full-time. The successful candidate will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and selection process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries
    2. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hire
    3. Advertise all available vacancies
    4. Oversee and manage recruitment-related documentation and correspondence
    5. Coordinate and prepare for recruitment assessment days
    6. Prepare and maintain relevant recruitment reports
    7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    8. Support the HR department with all recruitment activities

    Required Experience and Skills:

    1. At least one year of experience in a busy recruitment administration role
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
