    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for designated clients and visiting new and existing clients to demonstrate products.
    • Developing and managing new client relationships assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer or Sales Director.
    • Driving new business growth from existing and new clients, managing a new business pipeline, and executing client strategy plans.
    • Managing and following relevant administrative systems and sales processes.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal business teams and coordinating customer strategy with other business units.
    • Negotiating contract terms and pricing of license agreements with new and current business partners.
    • Establishing a need for new products and capturing client requirements to ensure feedback into product development and innovation teams.
    • Providing input into forecast and revenue tracking systems, including risk assessment of client and business partner revenue numbers.
    • Monitoring licenses and contracts to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
    • Completing all responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance/Objectives plan.
    • Completing special projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and performing other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5 years of experience working in a client-facing role, preferably within the data or insurance sector.
    • Proven experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and negotiation.
    • Experience in preparing and executing sales contracts.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
    • Experience in developing business opportunities, growing revenue, and managing a sales pipeline.
    • Ability to contribute to product development by feeding back client requirements and needs.
