- Experience working in hospitality

- Previous experience working night shifts
- Full clean driver's license
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Self-motivated with good personal organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Check-in and out hotel guests
- Assist with guest requests for luggage/porterage
- Ensure meeting & event rooms are set up, broken down, and reset according to function sheets
- Provide a safe and secure environment for hotel guests
- Liaise with front office and relevant personnel for client's requirements
- Complete a full report of the night shift in the diary and handover any issues to staff
