Key responsibilities for this role:

• Presence in the Resort during night hours to ensure the highest level of guest service
• Pay particular attention to conference/function business and all public areas
• Ascertain complete guest satisfaction

Knowledge and experience in the following areas are essential:

• Experience working in hospitality
• Warm, friendly, and approachable personality
• Previous experience working night shifts
• Full clean driver's license
• Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Self-motivated with good personal organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• Check-in and out hotel guests
• Assist with guest requests for luggage/porterage
• Ensure meeting & event rooms are set up, broken down, and reset according to function sheets
• Provide a safe and secure environment for hotel guests
• Liaise with front office and relevant personnel for client's requirements
• Complete a full report of the night shift in the diary and handover any issues to staff
