    Description

    My client is a highly reputable Security and Property Services organisation, based in Dublin 24, who are in search of an experience Property Administrator to join their busy team.

    The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience working in a property/real estate/security organisation, with strong administration skills and telephone manner.

    Competitive salary on offer, with additional benefits after successful probation period.

    This role will be based fully onsite, in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Parking available.

    Main duties include:

    · Scheduling of Customer appointments, fittings, services

    · Providing admin support to the Accounts and Billing teams

    · Organising the completion of Customer appointments

    · Managing field management software for the work flow and billing process

    · Production of reports daily, mostly via PDF and for billing team.

    · Accurate and efficient data entry

    · Pro-actively processing Customer's requests and appointments

    · Ensuring field personnel and sub contractors service levels are to standard and meeting service level agreements

    · Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments

    · Ad hoc duties as required.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 3 years administration experience in a Property / Real Estate / Security organisation

    · Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

    · Skilled in the us of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

    · Highly organised

    · Strong attention to detail

    · Experience in accounts/billing advantageous
