A Mechanical Services and Facilities Maintenance contractor are seeking a Site Manager. They specialize in providing high-quality services to the commercial, industrial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

They have worked on a variety of projects ranging from single unit installations to major new build and refurbishment projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the trades and at least 5 years of experience in the commercial or residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of mechanical site operations, ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and completed on schedule Supervise and coordinate site staff, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and other stakeholders Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to on site Provide technical support and guidance to the site team as required Conduct tool box talks Requirements: At least 5 years of mechanical experience in the commercial or residential sector Strong knowledge of mechanical services and associated installation methodologies Experience in managing projects from inception to completion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Full clean driving license Skills: Mechanical Construction Site Management
