    Procurement Buyer

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.

    The ideal candidate will have at least three years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. You should also be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have a strong understanding of supply chain principles.

    In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Product Management and Category Management teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Selecting and sourcing suppliers through thorough market research and analysis
    • Negotiating purchasing agreements, legal terms, and logistical conditions with suppliers
    • Continuously improving cost efficiency and supplier performance
    • Maintaining accurate spend analyses, benchmarking studies, and market research reports
    • Driving annual cost savings initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic plans and achieve business objectives
