Newly created role for an experienced Sales Manager to work for a leading distributor of First Aid supplies.

In this role you will be managing and developing the Sales team and also building out the sales strategy in order to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the existing sales team to maximise performance and ensure that sales targets are met. Identify potential areas of growth that can turn into sales appointments and drive conversion rates.

Work closely with the operational and distribution teams to resolve any customer issues and improve ways of meeting customer demands.

Keep up to date about market trends and competitors strategies Experience/Requirements At least four years experience managing a sales team Experience selling medical, surgical or first aid products.
