CFO with M&A and divestment experience - Dublin, Ireland - The Panel Group

Description

Our client is a scaling business growing organically and via acquisition to prepare it for a trade sale. The business is based in Dublin; however, a few days on-site in their subsidiary in the Midlands are required.


You are a CFO:
Who has scaled businesses through domestic and international M&A. Successfully integrated businesses. Who has played a key role in divesting a business Preparing a business for sale. Partnering with the SMT in all aspects of the business as opposed to just finance. That can keep the finance function humming as the business grows. That will be very credible to potential acquirers. The role will come with an LTIP.
