    CNM and RN Roles - Private Hospitals - Waterford, Kildare & Kilkenny

    Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, a leading private hospital group, are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Managers and Staff Nurses for their facilities in Waterford, Kildare and Kilkenny.

    Staff Nurse vacancies;

    • Staff Nurse – Theatre Department, Kilkenny and Waterford
    • Staff nurse – Endoscopy Department, Kilkenny, Waterford and Kildare
    • Staff Nurse – Coronary Care Department, Waterford

    Staff Nurse requirements;

    • NMBI membership, or Registration to be in process. Overseas candidates with a Decision Letter will be offered RCSI test route to conclude NMBI registration.
    • A minimum4year's post registration experience
    • All employees are required to maintain a level of flexibility to meet the needs of the hospital and maybe required to move between wards (Surgical, Medical and Day Ward) as patient needs fluctuate.
    • Candidates interested in applying for a Staff Nurse role must be available to cover all shifts, i.e. Night Duty, Long Days and Weekends as required.

    Clinical Nurse Manager vacancies:

    • CNM2 Endoscopy, Waterford and Kildare
    • CNM1 – Surgical, Kilkenny
    • CNM2 Anaesthetics and Recovery - Kilkenny
    • CNM2 – Nights (inpatient) - Kilkenny

    Clinical Nurse Manager requirements:

    • Be registered, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
    • A minimum of five years' experience as a staff nurse in a relevant setting is required.
    • At least two years' experience in a management position desirable.
    • It is desirable to have completed a recognised post-registration course relative to specialty
    • Have completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same
    • Display evidence of continuing professional development.
    • Demonstrate an awareness of HR policies and procedures
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
    • Have experience in change management
